-BOOKING fee is due immediately to hold your session time
-once your time slot has been reserved it may not be possible to reschedule due to other sessions before or after yours... so be sure you pick the time you want.
- PAYMENT: payment is a NON REFUNDABLE booking fee and will not be refunded due to any rescheduling on the clients behalf. a new booking fee will be made for the new rescheduled date, if a date is desired. Paul Von Rieter reserves the time/date and will not make any other reservations for this time. Client forfeits the date/hours if the session/event ends early, is postponed (date changed) or cancelled.
- PRICE PROTECTION: Album credit and enlargements are valid for one year. After one year from the event/session, any or all applicable album credit and hard copy enlargements are forfeited.
- ONLINE GALLERIES: Online galleries are to be hosted for 60 days. Image selection must be made within this time frame or all and any image credit will be forfeit. If the 60 days is exceeded, and a gallery extension is needed, a $75 admin fee is charged to upload images and host a new gallery. In the case of a gallery extension, the client's image credit will be renewed.
- COPYRIGHTS: Paul Von Rieter is the exclusive photographer and has all rights to all photographs for business use (websites, portfolios, promotional needs, etc.). Paul Von Rieter does gives up reproduction rights. clients are allowed to reproduce images on their own and publish (including Internet) but do not own rights to editorial publication.
- LIABILITY: Our number one priority is to deliver incredible, amazing photos of Client's session/event. However, Paul Von Rieter is not responsible for lost or damaged images, weather , or other unforeseen events. In the unlikelihood of a life/death emergency from Paul Von Rieter, Client will receive a full refund.
- EXTRA PEOPLE: Portrait sessions over 5 people will be an additional $50 per person.
- IMAGES: additional images are $25.00 this includes editing. A minimum purchase of $100 dollars is required
- DVD: Client will be provided a link of Client's high-resolution fully edited images. A high resolution dvd of final edited images is available for purchase $150.00 per DVD. all color corrected images and selected edited images are available for purchase at $1000.00
- EDITING: All selected images are color corrected. Major retouching will be subject to additional charges.
- RETENTION OF DIGITAL FILES: Digital files are retained in our studio for one year. but not responsible for any lost, stollen or damage images.)
